Overview
The KK Jazz Festival returns in 2026 after a five-year hiatus, bringing Kota Kinabalu’s signature celebration of jazz and live music back to the stage. Known as one of Sabah’s most anticipated music events, the festival features a vibrant atmosphere and a diverse line-up of local and international artists performing styles ranging from classic and contemporary jazz to soul, funk, and modern fusion.
More than just a music festival, KK Jazz Festival also supports the community through its charity initiative, with proceeds contributing to local community and performing arts projects in Sabah. Important Notes
- KK Jazz Festival is designed primarily for adult audiences. Children under 12 are not encouraged to attend. However, admission will not be refused, and parents or guardians assume full responsibility for their children’s safety and well-being.
- Gates open at 5:30PM; no late entries allowed.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Valid ID required for alcohol purchase (21+ only).
- Bag checks and personal searches may be conducted at the entrance.
- The organiser reserves the right to alter or cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances.
